HERBS FOR CHRISTMAS - WORKSHOP

A festive workshop of wassails and wonder, bringing the herbal harvest to Yuletide with everything from decorations and folklore traditions to stuffing the turkey. Something for everyone!

Cost: £40 including handbook. Lunch not included but likely to be plenty of sampling!

If you haven't already been on one of our workshops, begun in 2007, consider treating yourself! If you have, treat a friend or try one of the new ones on the programme overleaf. We can guarantee an information-packed day, with a mixture of active things to do, relaxing listening and lots of discussion.

Full-day courses include a home-made simple lunch, with an emphasis on home-grown, wild-collected and herb-encrusted dishes (with a bit of help!). You will also get a free course handbook, with recipes, reminders and extra information.

Our workshops are held in or near to Bankfoot, so delegates have to opportunity of visiting the nursery and laughing at our garden (you know the one about the cobbler's children going unshod to school?).
